For over 20 years, I have worked with teenagers, adults, and families struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs) and underlying mental health conditions, having also faced these challenges within my own family. These experiences have left me a deeply compassionate and committed therapist in helping my clients restore balance and harmony with their own personal challenges.
Through an integrative and holistic approach that includes CBT, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that allows my clients to process grief, loss, trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) or substance misuse. It is a space where we work together to identify and understand the thought and behaviour patterns that keep you from feeling your best.
