I am a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and an Associate Member of The Division of Psychotherapy. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based treatment cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which includes integrative and person-centred elements.
I have encountered various difficulties and diagnoses, such as anxiety disorders, depression, cultural adaptation and barrier languages, bereavement, insomnia, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulties, major life change, emotional difficulties, traumatic life experiences, and job performance.
