I always prepare a mental health evaluation planning with a supportive intervention to improve your self-esteem, motivation and mental health.
Through the therapy session, I have developed techniques to reduce anxiety, panic attack, trauma and mental health disorders. The CBT tools has helping all clients reducing stress and mental health issues.
