Couples counselling is my specialist area. This ranges from marriage counselling, to same sex relationship therapy. I use different processes to explore the triggers & find new ways to manage couple conflict. Each relationship is unique & needs nurturing, whether your intention is to re-build the relationship or to have a safe space before moving on.
I first became interested in counselling as a way for me to find happiness in my own life. I am now dedicated to help others suffering from anxiety within their own life, among other things. I appreciate how hard it can be when you are struggling with life and with issues of a private nature. My aim is to help others find happiness in their life again.
