I provide a warm and supportive environment that allows each client to re-establish their true wellbeing and identity. I focus on the individual's unique personal potential in a gentle and mindful manner so to help each client explore any issues, their creativity, and any psychological hurt that they might be experiencing. I work with a humanistic approach to help the client discover what is behind their thoughts and feelings. At each session the client will have the oppertunity to work towards the root cause of their distress and to become more resilient as a result.
I offer mindful psychology to help lower stress and deal with life struggles in an understanding and caring manner. We will work together to deal with whatever negative emotions that arise and then build on the clients strengths. All this work is aimed at moving the client toward a place of harmony and self regulation.
I offer wellbeing resources that you can trust to help alleviate suffering. I provide empathy and compassion in difficult times. This helps reduce self-criticism, anxiety and depression. My counselling approach is to bring people back into a state of flourshing.
