My name is Christine and I am an IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I hope to create a relaxing, confidential and compassionate space for you to share your story. People attend counselling for a variety of reasons, from feeling stuck in life and wanting to make some changes, to recognizing there are experiences from the past that may need to be explored gently with a mental health professional to move forward. Whatever you would like to explore I'm here to help you navigate through it and develop your own mental health toolkit to take with you.
Discussing your personal life can feel a little new so I will do my best to put you at ease. Just as you attend your GP for a physical check-up, attending a therapist for a mental health check-in is just as important and worthwhile
