I am chartered with the Psychological Society of Ireland and have many years of experience within the National Health Service. I draw on scientific psychological theory and research to help make sense of your difficulties and I integrate this in my therapeutic practice, with the aim of helping you to alleviate emotional distress and reach your potential.
