I listen to your memories dreams and fantasies. In this work your relationship with me is really important and is both close and boundaried. The therapist does not talk about themselves. Only with you. There are no goals or tasks. There is freedom. This can sometimes feel uncomfortable. It is also exciting as we work towards changing things.
I am working in person and online at the moment. You can choose which! At some point we will return to normal working. But I will continue to work online if needed.
