I am a dedicated counsellor and pre-accredited psychotherapist. I offer a safe therapeutic space to explore your current challenges. I understand that life can give us unexpected twists and turns. I can have a 15-minute free consultation call. Ensuring we click and are the right fit is quite important, as entering a therapeutic relationship is an extensive personal choice. As a therapist, I am privileged to support my clients in exploring their challenges and facilitating profound growth and change. I have undertaken post-grad specialised training to become a neuroaffirmative therapist working with autism and other neurotypes.
My therapeutic approach is integrative; I combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the needs of my clients, and the approach is always client-led. I offer compassionate and effective counselling across a wide range of mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma.
I am committed to ongoing professional development to keep my practice evidence-based and up-to-date on the newest research, improving my competency. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree (integrative).
