My approach can help to find solutions for any number of dilemmas. It can also be very effective in situations where there is no 'solution' or quick fix.
Sometimes it helps to talk to a trained professional who doesn't have the same personal investment in our lives that family, friends and colleagues have. It's as simple as that.
