Issues such as anxiety, low mood/depression, lack of motivation or satisfaction with life are common and at times too much to deal on our own. Psychotherapy provides a collaborative approach where I work with you to find the way forward.
I have a strong background in adult/teen mental health as I worked in a psychiatric hospital for many years. Now in private practice I see a wide range of clients from teens through to later life. Mood disorders and relationship difficulties are a central part of my practice but I see and welcome anybody in emotional distress.
