I provide one to one counselling in a confidential, friendly, non judgemental and empathic environment whereby I help to alleviate the stressors of daily living. Such issues include addictions, anxiety, bereavement, anger, emotional distress and relationship difficulties whereby I incorporate a treatment strategy tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
I utilise various treatment approaches depending on the individual needs if my clients. These include reality therapy, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I sit attentively with each person, offering a listening ear to the issues that are presented and guarantee I will support and walk the walk with you. Having been through therapy myself in the past I understand how difficult and challenging it is to come for the first time.
