I have been working with clients since 2006 and my aim is always to offer a space for each client, adolescent or adult, to feel comfortable and safe. It is important to me to offer an experience of ease and flow to the client. I work in a non-judgement and real way which I have found leads the client into a relaxed place within themselves. I am holistically focused, so this means I have quite a few tools in the toolbox to approach the various topics or issues which arise in each session. My motto is Answering the Call of The Heart and embody this in my everyday practice and that spills into my work in the therapy room.
Being a Holistic Psychotherapist means I am practicing being present and offering the client the experience of them being witnessed in a healthy and helpful way. It is also so transformative. I use talk therapy, meditation and breath work, art expression, movement and somatics.
