I use a collaborative therapeutic approach which is influenced by Psychodynamics, CBT, Gestahlt, tailored to each individual client!
I've been practising as an Integrative Psychotherapist since 2017, although before that I wore many hats in the area of support...parenting, students, fostering, outreach. In session we will gently look at the thought patterns and behaviours that can be getting in your way, and together we will consider how to improve this and look to the future with hope!
