I am an Integrative Therapist which simply means that I recognise that there is no overall “best therapy”. What works for one person may not for another. I draw from a combination of different theories and methods including Humanistic, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
