Therapy is a very personal process and as such the right therapist is very important to develop a trusting deeply respectful relationship between client and therapist. I am very happy to offer a 30 minute meeting free of charge in order to see if I am the right person for you the client.
I work with adults and also as an adolescent and family systemic Psychotherapist. I really enjoy young people's energy and offer a warm and inviting space to talk through any issues. I find it very rewarding to offer support to parents and carers of adolescents too. In the space practical tools are learned.
As a mature person with a healthy sense of humour I really enjoy my work as a Psychotherapist. I am a very warm curious person, and really enjoy meeting and helping adults, teenagers and families. I believe therapy should be a really enjoyable and helpful experience for all.
