I trained as a psychotherapist in UCD and ICHAS in Limerick. I work with adolescents (12+) and adults in an integrative way, using a combined approach to counselling and psychotherapy. As each client presents with their own individual needs, My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the needs of the clients. I use creative methods in therapy as many clients benefit from visual and sensory aids to compliment talk therapy. I specialise in anxiety, low mood, addiction and self-help/ self-care.
M.A. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, H.dip in Psychotherapy, Certificate in Child and Adolescent Trauma Therapy, Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Accredited CRA Addiction Therapist. I have also completed several accredited courses in the areas of addiction, family systems, maternal mental health, sexual trauma, art and creative therapies.
I offer a safe and supportve space for clients to visit and build a trusting relationship with me. I place the clients needs at the center of my practice and ensure that each client is guided on their therapeutic journey in a warm, non-judgemental, genuine way. I journey with each individual until they are ready to continue independently.
