I have been a practicing counsellor and psychotherapist since 2011. In that time, I have worked with many people, of different ages, genders and backgrounds. I recognise it can be difficult to come to counselling, to think about speaking to a stranger about things you cannot open up to the closest people in your life. Or perhaps, you are isolated and feel you have no one to reach out to. I can offer you a space to be hear, safely, and with compassion.
I am a fully accredited member of the IACP and adhere at all times to their code of ethics. My approach is non-directive. I start from the belief that, despite whatever confusion you may be experiencing, you have the answers to your dilemma and our task is to help you gain understanding and insight.
I offer a confidential, empathetic, non-judgemental space where we can explore together whatever it is that has brought you to therapy. I offer a free first session where we can assess our suitability for each other.
