I offer support through dramatherapy to children/adolescents and adults wanting a more creative approach to therapy. I help those struggling with high stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and body confidence to name a few. I work with clients through stories/myths, imaginative play, and creative resources to give them a gentle and indirect approach to therapy. I work in two private practices, Lucan and Churchtown, Dublin.
The work I offer can bring about meaningful change through the intentional use of dramatic play and creativity. There is no pressure to be creatively talented as this work is client led. Some elements of dramatherapy are movement, using art or music, role play and/or working with stories/myths.
