As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I believe the work of psychotherapy is to discover what needs healing from our past, by noticing how it is showing up in our present. I am deeply interested in exploring the way our life experiences not only shape how we relate to ourselves and others, but also impact the choices we make.
I welcome people who may start therapy because they are suffering from anxiety, abuse, grief and trauma, as well as relationship difficulties, life-transitions and low self-esteem/image. I also welcome those who may not have a name for how they are feeling, but know they need support.
