I am a qualified humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, accredited by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). My priority in my practice is to meet people with compassion and warmth. I strive to create a safe and accepting space where you can feel encouraged to explore aspects of yourself you may not typically delve in to. In my work, I employ an integrative approach. I meet with a client for a number of sessions where we can decide together what might be the most beneficial way of working together.
