My intention is to accompany you in a collaborative, receptive and active way in making a positive impact on your life and moving towards your goals by offering a non-judgmental space where you can explore parts of yourself and connect to your needs and resources to break out from old patterns and step into your highest potential. I view therapy as a joint creative process and I believe that each person has already what is needed to overcome their struggles when given the appriopriate environment and that through compassion for all parts of ourselves we step closer to reaching inner freedom and living the life we truly want.
I’m thinking about the therapeutic process through the lens of integrative, holistic approach. I combine traditional talk therapy with innovations in body awareness and mind-body integration to facilitate deeper access to the whole Self. I draw from different methods and adapt a personalized approach, specific to each unique individuals’ needs.
My training includes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis, Somatic Experiencing, Non-violent Communication. I would welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.
