I work within an integrative approach to psychotherapy and use a unique blend of talking therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation tools to help my clients regain emotional balance & resilience, build self-confidence and create thriving relationships. I'm passionate about providing them with a safe space, where they feel held and supported & can better understand and let go of unhealthy and limiting patterns and start to discover their true strengths and more authentic ways of showing up in the world.
