Sometimes we need a non-bias“outside” perspective to hear our own voices. As an integrative therapist I utilize approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person centered, Solution focused, mindfulness etc. depending on the needs and requests of each individual. Pulling apart what may often feel like a tangled ball of wool in ones head in order to recognise, prioritize and cope with the sometimes over whelming thoughts, feeling and behaviors that present. Providing a secure, non-judgmental, confidential environment in which you can safely express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at a rate that is comfortable to you
With over 15 years experience in the area of female health Iappreciate the stress and challenges females face from a physical and mental perspective. My personal goal as a therapist, be it face to face or online, is to support clients understand their thought patterns and if required implement solution focused therapies to aid the success of their outcomes.
I provide a safe, respectful, confidential, non-judgmental environment while helping you to unravel and resolve the difficulties you are currently facing. Having spent many years working as a volunteer with adolescents in difficulties, suffering from anxiety, stress and depression I have great respect for the demands both adolescents and adults face.
