I take a humanistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy and counselling, and place emphasis on valuing each person and their experience of the world. I see therapy as a collaborative journey in which the healing forces within a person are set free to lead them to healing and wholeness. I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches and seek to meet each person in the way most appropriate to them. In so doing, I aim to create an atmosphere of safety and nurture in which inner experience can be explored in a sensitive and gentle manner.
