Hi my name is Susan founder of Inspiration Counselling service .Here at Inspiration counselling service we offer mental health support and positive intervention,s . This is why we provide a safe and a confidential space to talk , related but not limited to anxiety, depression, loss/grief , suicide ideation, self harm,I providing one to one ,on line and telephone communication for adolescent's, adults and couples.
We are passionate about mental health with the best interest of the client at all times, creating a safe space for clients from a non judgemental authentic approach . we offer support in areas of self awareness , self realisation , anxiety, anger management , depression, self esteem, loss/ grief, relationships and gender identity .
We believe the counselling space is the clients space . A safe space to talk and feel safe . we believe that every one has the capacity for personal growth. We are here to listen and support you on your journey to self discovery moving towards personal growth and positive change.
