Sometimes we get overwhelmed by life and what life throws at us. Trying to make sense of what is happening can often feel like we are going around in circles. We may feel we are not coping and have little options available to us. I have worked with survivors of intimate partner abuse for many years. During my time working with survivors, I have encountered depression, anxiety, addiction and low self esteem. Relationships are our key to a healthier life, if your relationships with friends and family or work are causing you anxiety, expressing what is going on for you is the first step to freeing yourself from patterns you experience.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore what is happening for you, focusing on building resilience and self esteem so that you will be able to come to recognise patterns in your life and past that are holding you back. Grief, loss and change are what a lot of us have experienced lately, I work with the client to gently work through their experience.
Engaging in therapy can be daunting at first, however it has helped millions of others gain back balance in their lives.
