Hi and welcome to my page. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and pre-accredited member of IACP. At certain points in our life we have certain challenges which may leave us feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed and unable to overcome these challenges. My intention is to support my clients on working through these challenges and empower them with tools to continue on their journey.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief and loss and trauma.
My main focus is to meet clients with compassion and empathy. Provide a non-judgmental, safe space where they can explore challenges that may impacting their lives in the here and now, all the time supporting them while moving forward on their journey. I do face-to-face and online sessions.
