Art therapy uses spontaneous, creative expression within a theraputic relationship to assist in maintaining a good mental health. Art therapy helps to resolve conflicts and problems for a client. No experience with art materials are necessary. All ages welcome.
Vicky facilitates courageous journeys with individuals and groups into our darkest nooks and crannies only to shine light on our vulnerabilities and imperfections. Helping those of all ages to recognise and celebrate their unique story and accept their authentic self.
Vicky holds a Masters in Art Therapy, a Post Graduate in Arts in Healthcare Settings and a BA in Arts. She is fully registered Art Psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists. Presently, Vicky is on the editorial board of Polyphony the new IACAT journal and she served on the IACAT council from 2021-2023.
