I have personal experience with Anxiety which I believe helps me relate to my clients and focus on how they can learn to manage their anxiety. In my 5 years working I gained a lot of experience in issues with stress, depression, relationships, school, work, bereavement, self-esteem, communication and other.
I mainly work with person centred counselling and cognitive behaviour therapy, which is structured around your needs. I work with teenagers, adults and couples.
The first step, that first phone call or text, can be hard. The idea of opening up to a stranger can be scary. I have been there. It could also be the first step to being that little less anxious, that little less stressed, that little bit more happy.
