I am a Couple/Relationship and Individual Counsellor. I have worked with both couples and individuals on a range of issues, including Communication, Infidelity , Co parenting, Emotional abuse, Domestic violence, Depression, Anxiety , Family Dynamic and much more. . My practice is unique in the sense I can work online, from a counselling room and I also bring the therapy out doors by walking with my clients in nature for their session. I am a Person Centred Counsellor which means the only expert in the room is the Individual or Couple , my job is to facilate, support and educate them.
