I am here to provide a non-judgemental, safe space for you from our very first session. I work with individuals and couples. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I adapt the therapeutic approach used depending on each client’s needs, preferences and background. I am experienced with both online and face to face counselling. I am also a Speech and Language Therapist with many years of experience working with in hospital and healthcare settings.
I work with individual clients and couples from all backgrounds. I am experienced in working with people who have experienced trauma and neglect, those struggling with low motivation, insomnia, or depression and anxiety. Often couples are dealing with conflict, relationship breakdown or family stressors.
