I am a qualified and IACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. My work experience to date includes education and training as well as project management in the voluntary and public sectors. I am now in private practice in Co. Meath where I offer one-to-one face-to-face or online sessions.

I work in an integrative manner drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness practices and various other methods that may be helpful to you.
