I have worked with a wide range of clients dealing with many different issues including: feeling stressed or anxious, dealing with loss and grief, low self confidence, fear and anger issues, lack of direction and life purpose. My work is welcoming, non- judgmental, compassionate and kind. I see each client as Unique and I tailor the therapy to suit the client's own individual needs.
I am passionate about my work and I really enjoy what I do. I believe that when a person talks and feels heard and understood that powerful healing takes place. Never underestimate the power of talking with someone who truly listens.
