My work as a therapist is very rewarding. Being a facilitator of personal growth, I get to witness people transform, connecting with themselves on a deeper level becoming a more authentic version of themselves. Its lovely seeing someone evolve having built new resources and self-acceptance discovering a new zest for life. I get to meet courageous and resilient people and sharing their experiences is a real privilege.
As a humanistic and integrative therapist, I work with a broad range of issues and adapt my approach to suit the individual needs of my clients. I use the process to help explore and understand internal struggles. With increased self awareness and self acceptance, personal needs and boundaries are more clearly identified leading to a more satisfying life.
Life can be challenging at times, especially during times of uncertainty and some of our past experiences can catch up with us causing disruption in our lives . Or transitions don’t go as smoothly as we hoped. Disappointments can lead to feelings of failure and we can get stuck. I enjoy the process of helping to find new meaning and a more satisfying life.
