Therapy is the one place where you do not have to censor your words. I can work with almost all issues. Many times, the real issue arises further into the therapy journey. We can take therapy at your own pace and provide a safe and highly confidential space for you. You may be troubled by past painful memories from the past or you may be dealing with a major stress in life today.

As a therapist, I work with many modalities, the main one being a person-centred approach (Carl Rogers, 1967), where I always have unconditional positive regard for my clients. I have genuine empathy and am entirely non-judgemental. I use many other theoretical modalities and work in an integrative and flexible approach to suit you, the client.

As a therapist, I am very proud of the relationships I have built with my clients. It makes me so fulfilled to see growth and change in my clients as they move through therapy.
