“I provide an opportunity for people to share how they are feeling within a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental environment. I use my skills, education, and training, together with my life experience to support clients within my practice. I work with clients presenting with a variety of issues including loss and grief, critical illness, loss of meaning in life, relationship issues, mother-daughter difficulties, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s reproductive issues and many others. As therapy progresses, I often find that presenting issues change as the relationship unfolds, and this too can be part of the process".
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I am also a registered midwife. I see clients face to face in Dublin City Centre within Insight Matters on Capel Street. I'm passionate about what I do and consider it a great privilege to support people psychologically.
