I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice n the greater Dublin area for the last fourteen years. I work with clients to help address issues such as addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship problems and many more. I believe in working in a collaborative way with my clients and strive to create a strong working relationship and while being sensitive to and aware of my clients emotional struggles and difficulties.
I approach my work with clients in a holistic way using an integrative approach. This involves using elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
