With over 20 years’ experience working in a dynamic financial environment, and having two young children while returning to education, Dave understands how work pressures, life changes and family life challenges can heighten unresolved personal issues or cause sleeplessness, irritability, low mood, anxiety and panic attacks.
Dave takes a person-centred, flexible and integrative approach; drawing from various psychotherapeutic theories to best fit the individual client’s needs. Dave believes in the importance of the therapeutic alliance, a safe and meaningful relationship between client and therapist.
