I believe that the therapy is a space for your self-exploration outside of the demands and expectations of your everyday life. As a Rogerian therapist my main tools are empathy, honesty, and unconditional positive regard. Whether you are looking to heal from past trauma, break destructive patterns, or simply grow into the best version of yourself, non-judgemental exploration of your inner life is an excellent starting point.

Through a humanistic/client-centred way of working, I help clients connect with their own personal truths and experience. This is achieved through active listening and somatic awareness. Being witnessed and accepted just as you are can help you reconnect to yourself, foster self-compassion, and empower you to break habits that are no longer serving you.

As starting the therapeutic process can be nerve-wracking, my first priority is to provide you with a safe space to be yourself. We will go at your pace and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. Come just as you are, and we will take it from there.
