I specialise in LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent issues. I help create a space free of judgment where you can begin to untangle the problems you are facing. Our sessions will put you at the centre of the process, while I provide a sounding board, understanding, compassionate challenging, problem-solving tools, and additional resources. I am an experienced and accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor and recognise that at times in our lives we can experience events or circumstances which can leave us worried, anxious, confused, angry or sometimes overwhelmed. Change can appear too challenging or sometimes impossible. At other times we can feel stuck or unable to overcome issues arising from our pasts, unable to communicate what we want or need, or how we feel. I have supported victims of abuse, neglect, sexual assault, domestic violence, marginalization, discrimination and chronic illnesses. I have experience with a diverse variety of people; always offering the values of respect, acceptance, understanding and compassion.
