I work on a one-to-one basis in a non-judgmental, collaborative, emphatic way, encouraging and empowering my clients to develop their self-awareness, self-belief, self-esteem, and self-confidence for my clients to become less anxious, happier, more self-fulfilled, and to reach their full potential. I treat a variety of common mental health difficulties and life challenges, such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, complex trauma, and much more.

As a therapist with a number of years of experience in working in my own private practice and with organisations such as Griffith College. I give my clients a safe compassionate space to work through what is going on for them both in the present and what has affected them in the past that is blocking their future. I have a Master in ADHD and Autism and previously worked as a primary teacher. My approach is based on using tools customised to what obstacles are facing you. I have worked with anxiety, depression, fear, worry, stress, grief, infertility and eating disorders.

From my perspective, psychotherapy means healing. It is the opening, where individuals begin to experience a more full contact with themselves and the outside world. I help them understand their emotions that signpost their needs. I help them to discover their unfulfilled needs and, together, we look for obstacles and barriers that could prevent people from fully enjoying their lives. One step at a time, they become increasingly ready to lead their lives consciously. They begin to authentically live, rather than continue, their lives.

My practice is oriented towards the treatment of anxiety and distress caused by crises that impact on the lives of individuals and families. I also focus on professional development for people who wish to find a balance between work, family and social life. Throughout my training and professional practice I have been involved in the needs of my community working with the best professionals in my field. The experience of emigrating has been one of great personal and professional growth.
