I am here to provide support, empathy, no judgement and my expertise in all areas of mental health as I have been working in the industry for fifteen years.

I am Integrative and humanistic psychotherapist accredited by IACP. Integrative means, I draw on several different techniques and theories, which are tailored to the client’s needs. I have experience working with clients on a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, identity and sexuality. I also work at the National Forensic Mental Health Service (NFMHS) where I support individuals to navigate their employment and mental health needs. I have a keen interest in attachment and am very much trauma informed in my work. I look forward to hearing from you.

I work from an eclectic approach and draw on various theories and techniques, including humanistic, attachment and CBT. How I work will depend on what is best for you at any one time. David is an accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor working in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. In addition to being an Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) David is a Senior Lecturer IICP College.

I am both a fully accredited therapist and supervisor in private practice in a purpose built premises with parking and toilet facilities. The 67 bus stop is a 5 min walk in either direction.
