Chris has worked with a variety of people and presenting issues and focuses on creating a safe and supportive relationship for positive and constructive therapy. With a private practice since 2017 as a platform and over 20 years working in the services Chris has worked with a variety of presenting issues, including Addictions, Anxieties, Depression, Sexuality, LBGT+, Grief and Loss, to name but a few, and welcomes any opportunity to work with individuals looking to resolve challenges in relation to Behaviour, Emotion or Mental Health. Chris works In-Person in Ballyfermot, Online and uses the Phoenix Park to provide therapy outdoors.

My work is humanistic and integrative. I draw on various approaches to suit each clients needs in providing support and guidance to those affected by childhood related issues, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, low self esteem/confidence, relationship difficulties, stress, bereavement and loss, life transitions, anger management among many more. I have a keen interest in paying attention to the natural wisdom of both body and mind to accelerate the innate drive in all of us to heal and live a more manageable and satisfying life.

My experience in supporting clients with mental health concerns has been built over the last 15 years. I work with children, adolescents, couples and individual adults. In the first session the aim is to get to know each other and figure out how we will work together, set up therapy goals and agree on the frequency of the sessions. I love how resourceful people can be. Most of us don't question who we are or how we got here until in a crisis or conflict. Anne Marie is an experienced psychotherapist. She works with individuals when they are struggling by helping them find solutions to their problems by creating a safe space where they can untangle their thoughts and process their feelings. Some of these thoughts or feelings can restrict a persons life and keep them feeling stuck.
