I offer a safe heart centred space to help my clients unpack at a gentle pace that suits them. No problem is too small to bring to counselling. Talking things through with a stranger can help find and bring resources and solutions into sight and is therefore "the gift of therapy". I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship problems. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly to match your requirements. I have a wide range of training and approaches such as choice therapy, Positive thinking, meditation, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and shamanism.

It can be daunting, picking up the phone or sending an email to request your first counselling session. Chances are you have found yourself here reading this profile because life has become difficult due maybe to excessive worry or a feeling of emptiness or a feeling of being at odds with your loved ones. I would love to hear from you, I believe that I can show you a way forward to peace, contentment, joy and a sense of well-being. “Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place”.

Life is not always smooth and can present us with situations, some more difficult than others. Some of these situations can be sorted with the help of friends and family and others may need the help of a professional. As a therapist it is my belief that all clients are individual and so my service will be tailored to the individual needs of each client. My work is to help the clients better understand what their needs are and assist in the changes the client wants to make in order to meet these needs. Counselling is a collaborative process where I will assist each client to set goals and work with them in order to achieve these.

When something in your life is not how you'd like it to be, or when you're looking for help and support for something that you're going through; perhaps a life event, a particular concern or maybe problems with relationships, at home, in school or at work. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, frustration, fear, sadness or other emotions. Stress can be a part of this. Counselling can help you to better understand what might be going on for you, and to find ways to effectively manage feelings, thoughts or worries. My experience is that clients come to counselling because they want something in their life to be different.

I initially attempt to provide a sense of ease in counseling sessions because before therapy can be productive it must, firstly, feel safe. From there, goals that the client might like to achieve naturally emerge in the conversation. These goals can be anything at all: from wishing to feel less anxious, sad, irritable or troubled, to addressing relationship difficulties at home or at work, to trying to better understand a feeling of being unfulfilled, thinking or feeling differently about our pasts or, in many cases, just to have a safe place to discuss anything at all in a confidential, non-judgemental setting.

I suffered from anxiety&panic attacks for 22yrs due to bullying & narcissistic abuse, which held my back from achieving my goals until I got help. Being a Co-dependent people pleaser meant that I was putting other people’s wants and needs before my own, trying to get acceptance, manage the situation and to keep the peace. This was exhausting until I learned how to take my personal power back

Throughout life, many people encounter hardships, emotional distress and anxieties. This can often lead people to become depressed, withdrawn in their relationships, experience low self-esteem, stuck, and ultimately further away from the life they want to live. When we are struggling, we can find it difficult to discover a path towards a fulfilling life. Does any of this sound familiar?

I believe that all children and young people deserve the opportunity to feel safe, to be happy and to achieve their potential in life. I work creatively using a non-directive, holistic model of Play Therapy to support children to help themselves. Working with a fun, non-judgemental approach I value everybody's talents equally. I facilitate children and young people to choose the activity in each session while I hold the space to keep everybody physically and emotionally safe. In Play Therapy children encounter the world at conscious and unconscious levels, working through difficulties in their own time.

Sometimes in life you need a place to explore the difficulties that arise. Either behaviours, feelings or emotions. At times you need to be listened to confidentially and without judgement. What troubles our minds can have such a negative impact on the quality of our lives. Psychological troubles come in many forms, relational both to oneself and to others, grief and loss, behavioural problems from anxiety or depression and rage or sometimes it's hard to tell exactly what it is, only a sense that things are not right. The first brave step to take is to share that difficulty.

I speak English, German, and Farci(Persian). During the therapeutic relationship with my client, the values, interests, and needs of my clients come into consideration. Non-judgemental therapy allows the ease of healing sound and safe.I use talk therapy and EMDR to tackle the client's problems. The old wound triggers the present issues that may effect the future issues if they are undealt. The three prongs; the past, present and future, are 3 main important approaches the therapist must have eye on. EMDR methods suffices to tackel every kind of problems the clients struggle with. I am also learning the EFT tapping to boost my skills.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you struggle with over thinking or rumination? Do you feel lonely or isolated from others? Are you carrying regrets from past experiences? You may find it helpful to unburden yourself and talk, in a safe and caring environment. I offer an open and supportive space where we can identify and explore your issues together. I work using an integrative style - which means a tailored approach for each client – recognising that we are all different and have varying needs from therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key and endeavour to build a connection from which we can work together.
