As a Health Psychologist and Psychotherapist I offer an unique service, that specialises in supporting those with both physical and emotional issues. Covid has show the really impact any illness can have not only on our health but also on our emotion health. It demonstrate that health can’t be viewed in isolate and to feel fully healthy we most also allow our minds , thoughts and feelings to be acknowledged, understood and cared for. I have over twenty years experience in supporting roles in both psychiatric, medical and homeless services. In my Private Practice, I can support you gain control over issues that are overwhelming.
I offer one to one therapy session either on-line or face to face that are fifty minutes in length, to individuals over the age of 18. My work is very client centred and so I will always tailor how I work to each individual. I am an integrative therapist, using numerous disciplines, however I tend toward Gestalt, Psychodynamic and CBT approaches.
Are work together is done, in a welcoming and calming environment for you to feel relaxed so that you can talk openly and freely. I provide a service that is trustworthy, non-judgemental and dynamic, so that you can feel confident that your are in safe and professional hands. It is utterly rewarding to me, to see my clients build strength and self-belief.
