At Clearview Counselling all sessions are client led and through building a supportive trusting environment we will work together to improve the quality, contentment and satisfaction of your life. I use reality therapy in my practice and integrate this approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.

Pet Bereavement Support Group
Working with MaowCare cat sitter I am running a pet Bereavement Support group to help people and families through the grief felt after the loss of a beloved family pet. These groups are currently both face to face and online. What we are offering is a supportive, non-judgement and kind space to explore a and share your grief to help you find some piece after your devastating loss.
