Hello, my name is clair,and I have been working in my private psychotherapy practice in Ireland for over twenty years, giving me deep diverse experience of working with issues in living. We all face difficulties and challenges. Sometimes these stem from stressful situations, problematic relationships or traumatic events and can lead to thoughts and feelings that are confusing or distressing. I believe therapy is not a "one size fits all” process, we are all unique and it is important to me as a therapist that I meet you where you are at.I am also an accredited supervisor with IAHIP,offering one to one and group supervision.
