Hi my name is Christine! I am an accredited counsellor with APCP, based in Co.Laois. My aim is to build a safe and non judgmental space for my clients to share their thoughts and feelings. My background consists of working with presentations such as Anxiety, depression, bereavement & grief, self-harm, Childhood trauma, PTSD, OCD, ASD, domestic abuse & coercive control. I also have a vast experience working with & supporting parents/siblings of those who are on the Autism spectrum.
As an integrative therapist it allows me to draw from different therapeutic approaches to assist my client in the therapy process.
