Chris has worked with a variety of people and presenting issues and focuses on creating a safe and supportive relationship for positive and constructive therapy. With a private practice since 2017 as a platform and over 20 years working in the services Chris has worked with a variety of presenting issues, including Addictions, Anxieties, Depression, Sexuality, LBGT+, Grief and Loss, to name but a few, and welcomes any opportunity to work with individuals looking to resolve challenges in relation to Behaviour, Emotion or Mental Health. Chris works In-Person in Ballyfermot, Online and uses the Phoenix Park to provide therapy outdoors.
Among the two regular formats of In-Person and Online Chris specialises in providing therapy in the Outdoor environment and uses the Phoenix Park as the location. This is primarily normalising the experience of therapy and utilising the positive nourishment of nature to support the work. Research and practise is continuing to show the positive results.
Chris is a Pluralistic Therapy and works to assist in ascertaining the most suitable therapy to meet presenting needs. Chris pays particular attention to the relational aspect of therapy to support therapeutic process. He loves his work and what he does and welcomes the unique challenges brought from people connecting with his work.
